24 Point Diagnosis
Prior to beginning any repair, we perform a complete inspection within the equipment compartment of your hot tub. All of the components of your hot tub are interconnected. If the circulation system isn't working, the heater wont turn on. If the filters are dirty, you could get an error on the display or trip the high limit on the heater, etc., etc. In order to quickly and accurately determine the problem with your hot tub, we start at the power source and work through the tub, checking the different electrical components until we find the "weak link" in the system.
Spa & Hot Tub Repairs
In most cases, we supply factory-original replacement parts, and in the other cases, we have an aftermarket solution for the problem. So if you need a new spa topside control, a new jet pump, or even a new control board, we can help.
Regular Hot Tub Maintenance
If you don't have the time or you don't want to mess with cleaning filters, checking chlorine, balancing pH, scrubbing the shell, or conditioning your cover, ask us about our regular hot tub maintenance and service program. We provide services ranging from weekly hot tub maintenance, to monthly, and even "call as you need it" hot tub care.
Scrub & Scour
Need your hot tub drained and detailed? We can schedule a time to pump the water out, detail and disinfect the spa's surface, clean the filters, and scrub & condition the cover.
